I am a Probationary Estate Agent pursuing my Real Estate Agent license. I have been a Real Estate Negotiator for 8 years now. Also a mother of two.I have obtained my Diploma in Real Estate while pregnant with my 2 babies in the 2.5 years course.

In my 8 years Real Estate journey, I have assist tenants from all over the world found their temporary home. I have also help buyers make their purchase decision with my knowledge about the market. Apart from these, I have assisted many overseas or busy landlord listing their properties. I am passionate about interior decorations as well as innovative marketing ideas. I guess that helps in terms of putting the word out in the market and eventually get the property sold or tenanted.

Honestly, my kids has taught me to be a better negotiator as everyday I am practicing my negotiation skill with them. Either to negotiate them to go to bed early or skipping a sweet dessert. They have also trained me to be a patient person and good listener.
